Refund Policy

As stated on our pricing page, RepSafe operates on a transparent month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If, within fourteen (14) days of your initial paid subscription, the service does not meet your expectations, contact us at hello@repsafe.online and we will issue a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.

The money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and covers the first monthly payment on a single subscription. It does not apply to renewals, additional seats, custom enterprise contracts, or accounts found to be in breach of our Terms & Conditions.

Email hello@repsafe.online from the email address associated with your account. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
